Coming out of lockdown I wanted to create a blanket in a very specific colour that could lift our spirits. Then I realised that I was witnessing yellow ochre all around me, a joyous and warm colour. I also wanted to bring in the calming tones of the lichen grey to shimmer with the yellow ochre.
